To the president question: every president runs 4 years. Unless they run for the presidency again, then they get eight years, like Obama.

the total surface area of a cube is 1350in^2. what is the lenght of each side of the cube?????
 CommentsFeRReT30 min agoYou can only vote for other users' questions and answers. 0 Thanks for upvoting. You downvoted the post. Downvoting lowquality content improve CK12 Cafe for everyone. Undo Report this post

well a cube has 6 squared area on its surfacethat the total area of that particular cube is 1350
and each of it can be given as x^2. hence in a total there will be 6(x^2) total area surface of a cube.(where x = length of one side of the cube)
given in your question
hence from total surface area = 6(area of one square surface of a cube)
1350 = 6(x^2)
x^2 = 225
x = 15 inches
Surface Area Formulas
this will give you a better idea on it

Hi,
Alexis is right wikihow will help but i can tell you right on the spot. Ok so dividing is simple what you do is this lets say the problem is 2 divided by _____ is 4 well easy all you do is think how many times does 2 go into 4 see? it goes in 2 times that is your answer 2. it works the same with anything else like i said divison is easy :) :P B)
1 Votes CommentDestiny answered on 6:27 AM (6 hours ago) 0Comments FlagCOMMENTS (0)FeRReT32 min agoWhen you say the problem 2 divided by _____ is 4, you say at the end that the answer is 2 but the answer is actually 0.5 . I think you got confused with thinking of multiplication where 2 x 2 = 4. A way to explain this would be if you said "what is 4 divided by two", and then say how many times 2 goes into 4 for which the answer would be 2. Just letting ya know, bye! ^^

The Distributive Property is easy to remember, if you recall that "multiplication distributes over addition". Formally, they write this property as "a(b + c) = ab + ac". In numbers, this means, for example, that 2(3 + 4) = 2×3 + 2×4.

how do you derive the quadratic formula?
 CommentsAlexis A.23 hr agoYou can only vote for other users' questions and answers. 0 Thanks for upvoting. You downvoted the post. Downvoting lowquality content improve CK12 Cafe for everyone. Undo Report this post
Here's a real answer
While factoring may not always be successful, the Quadratic Formula can always find the solution. The Quadratic Formulauses the "a", "b", and "c" from "ax^{2} + bx + c", where "a", "b", and "c" are just numbers; they are the "numerical coefficients" of the quadratic equation they've given you to solve.

Dude, please stop Justin... Anyway, a real answer is
The opposite of subtraction is addition, so I'll undo the –3 by adding 3 to both sides, and then adding down: Then the solution is x = –2. You can use the Mathway widget below to practice solving a linear equation by adding or subtracting. Try the entered exercise, or type in your own exercise.
